Job Description

Minimum 6 years IAM experience with 2 + years’ experience in leading large strategic projects and programs. Experience in one or more enterprise-level Identity management solutions is a must. Candidate should have good information security background.

Client Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading and designing Identity & Access Management (IAM) technical architectures for EY GSS clients.
• Perform consulting services for IAM automation.
• Responsible for understanding the client business requirements and analysis of technical requirements based on critical client IAM use cases and expectations.
• Responsible for preparing the IAM technical requirement catalogs, architecture diagrams, and technical strategy presentations.
• Responsible for the developing IAM strategies and its implementation.
• Analyze client requirements and identify critical technical components and strategies for IAM solution implementation.
• Establish relationship with new and existing clients to identify IAM opportunities.
• Provide training to client technical personnel to maximize leadership and consulting effectiveness, client learning and overall project team productivity.

  

Skills Required

• Very good understanding of information security concepts with in-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and latest trends.
• Experience of one or more enterprise-grade Identity Management solutions from vendors in the marketplace such as Oracle Identity Manager, Novell Identity Manager, IBM Tivoli Identity Manager, Sun ONE, CA site minder etc. 
• Experience of different Identity Management projects, from provisioning/de-provisioning, to access management and single sign-on
• Experience in all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support.
• Exposure to a variety of programming languages and technologies, including, but not limited to, J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), .Net, Oracle, DB2, and MS/SQL
• Good understanding of the concepts such as  self-service, automated approval process, RBAC, attestation, separation of duties and recertification
• Experience working on both out-of-the-box adapters/interfaces and custom adapters /interfaces for IAM enterprise solutions.
• Experience in understanding client’s business environment and proposing fit for purpose IAM and information security solutions.
• Good knowledge of information security concepts and frameworks
• Certifications such as CISSP, IAM product certifications are desirable.
• Experience in working with hybrid team comprises of vendor, client and internal teams
• Consulting and project management skills.

• Capability to build strong relations with clients.
