Senior Financial Analyst - Global Finance Hub (FP&A) - IND002VT

Job purpose

• The key to the role is high level of financial analysis and an eye for detail.

Your client responsibilities

• As a part of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, the employee would need to perform the following activities:

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Liaise with clients, finance & technology teams to ensure a smooth flow during the budgeting period
• Reporting & analysis related to budgets
• Provide support & act as a SME on budgeting & outlook process

Partner accounting & reporting

• Track partner related costs in detail
• Reporting & analysis related to partner compensation & disbursements
• Coordinate with various countries for obtaining relevant Partner related information

Others/ General

• Prepare summary dashboards for the management accounts
• Identify & report the gaps & trends to the management & clients
• FTE/ Headcount data reporting
• Co-ordinate with the AP, AR & GL functions, wherever required
• Conduct an in-depth variance analysis
• Customer query handling
• Accruals management 

  

Technical skills requirements

• CA with 1 year or B.Com/CA-Inter/ MBA with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
