There is a vacancy for Experienced CA for senior position in Faridabad. The job profile includes:
· Supervision of day to day activities of the financial operations of the company.
· Monthly MIS reporting including Debtors Management, Stock etc.
· Supervision of overall compliances of TDS (deduction, deposit, returns, audit), Service Tax
(deposit, returns, audit), Excise, Sales Tax/ VAT etc.
· Internal Audit
· Finalisation of accounts with applicability of Accounting Standards issued by ICAI, Monthly Balance-Sheet, Profit & Loss account, Funds Flow Statement.
· Computation of advance tax, preparation & filling of return of income.
· Coordinating with Statutory Auditors for completing the Statutory & Tax audit requirements.
· Preparation of Income Tax Cases & providing support to tax advisors for presenting the case.
· Preparation of yearly budget & monthly variance analysis.
· Funds Management.
· Financing & disbursement from various banks & FI’s including Term Loan Proposals, CC Limit, LC Opening & discounting & submission of monthly, quarterly & annual reports etc.
· Handling all legal and secretarial requirements of the company-Board/AGM/EGM meetings, resolutions, maintaining minutes, filing forms & annual returns with ROC.
