Election compliant MEF Empanelment

In a country where appeasement is a way of Life, Our Institute has done hard work to make Bank empanelment form fully forthcoming election compliant. Several changes have been introduced to promote dummy firms or Made for Bank audits only firms so that vote bank politics can survive. If

ICAI takes empanelment so lightly, why should we blame RBI for all the mess created for Bank Audits.

New form does not ask for your income so firms formed exclusively for Bank Audits and having dummy addresses will not be caught and these firms shall have a field day. Indirectly ICAI is encouraging dummy firms to get bank audits. It is deterimental to the interest of sole proprietors and all efforts are being made to corner Bank Audits for vote Bank.

The form does not ask for any peer review status and if it useless why Peer Review Board is there.
