•Resource Planning & Deployment for optimum utilization. •Continuous manpower development. •Develop & deploy best of class processes and Quality practices through continuous improvement. •Adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) with regard to quality of deliverables and time schedules. •Continuous transition and adoption of new process driven activities. Develop
& deploy production metrics for each of the activities and build a
continuous monitoring and improvement methodology. Establish
seamless communication channels for problem resolution and customer
delivery between India and client interface for the assigned projects. Ensuring that candidates with the right potential and talent are selected Liaison with support functions and capability hubs Ensuring that all projects are sent on time without any delay. Should adopt quality and productivity measures to ensure the work is done. Should create a better work environment for the team.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Education: MBA( Finance)/CA/ICWA/ATT/ACCA/CPA •Experience: Minimum 8-12-years experience in UK Taxation •Exposure to UK Taxation and •Ability to interpret tax laws and understand the relevance of documents |
