I am Forwarding the below mail received from the Institute with respect to tagging of the company as ACTIVE which is very important for all of us. Please take necessary action at your end as this is a lengthy form and lot of information is required before it is submitted . The delay in filing will cause late fee of Rs 10000/-. VERY IMPORTANT.

Greetings from the Institute!

This is in continuation of mail dated 22.2.2019 ( appearing in trailing mail) regarding e-Form ACTIVE( Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification), wherein it was informed that  Ministry of Corporate Affair vide Notification No. G.S.R. 143(E) dated 21.2.2019 issued Companies ( Incorporation ) Amendment Rules, 2019 and every company incorporated on or before the 31st  December,2017 is required to file e-Form ACTIVE on or before 25.04.2019. From 26.04.2019 onwards, a fee of Rs. 10000/- will be charged for filling e-Form ACTIVE. 

 

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs vide their letter No. 01/13/2013-Cl-V- Pt-II dated 11^th March 2019 has requested the Institute to ensure vide publicity and circulation amongst all stakeholders of the notification with a request to file the e-form ACTIVE well before 25-04-2019 in order to avoid last minutes rush. The Letter of MCA dated 11th March,2019 is available on our website.

 

I urge the members to disseminate the notification dated 21.2.2019 to their client companies and ensure that ACTIVE is filed with in the due date.
