FINANCIAL REPORTING ANALYST #1376669
This role will be responsible for supporting financial reporting and related compliance, including preparation of statutory accounts and management of statutory audits & other certifications required by the local laws for the various countries where NVIDIA operates and has filing requirements, excluding direct responsibility for the US, which is maintained by NVIDIA s Finance organization located at its headquarters in Santa Clara, California. This role is based out of NVIDIA s Global Finance Resource Center in Bangalore as part of the Financial Reporting Team and reports directly to the Financial Reporting Manager located in Bangalore.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the planning of the audit schedule with the auditors and ensure timely completion of the statutory audits based on agreed timelines.
- Assist in preparation of the financial statements, including US GAAP to local GAAP adjustments and all required research for proper local accounting treatment, and perform the required analytical review of the financial statements.
- Prepare required documents/schedules as per the audit requirements of our external auditors and drive the audit to closure.
- Discuss auditor queries and close all issues raised by the auditors.
- Primary jurisdictions for direct responsibility currently includes India and Europe, with support for APAC region directly from the APAC Finance Team.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Chartered Accountant with 2 years of Audit and Compliance experience required; Experience with Big 4 public accounting firm preferred.
- Sound knowledge of Indian GAAP and IFRS; and US GAAP preferred.
- Experience in performing audits of EMEA Countries preferred.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Outlook) required.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task; Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills, strong project management skills, and attention to detail required.
- Strong team player with global mindset, equally successful at working independently or in large groups required.
- Willingness to be flexible and adapt to rapidly changing work environments, competing priorities, and tight deadlines required.
- No travel restrictions domestically or internationally required.
