Ministry of Corporate Affairs has issued General circular No. 67/2011 dated 30/11/2011 stating clarifications about exclusion of certain sectors from the cost audit rules 2011 & General Circular No. 68/2011 dated 30/11/2011 stating clarifications regarding applicability & compliance requirement for the companies and cost auditors.
