Key Objective • To raise funds from the markets through various sources, assist in budgetary preparations, assist in treasury related compliances, MIS , Asset Liability reporting, planning and forecasting of cash-flows
Major Deliverables • Raising of funds through various market instruments
• Planning of cash-flows over a time horizon
• Work on Budgeting process for interest costs and treasury related expenses- annual/ quarterly
• ALM reporting, Generation of reports from the system, their interpretation and analysis
• Assist in Treasury related compliance
• Financial Reporting of interest cost for the P&L and preparation of the Performance review deck for monthly business reviews
• Analysis of key variances against budget/forecast/prior year etc and reporting to the management.
• Undertake projects relating to improvement of finance delivery, including automation and contribute to business performance improvement.
• Work on Adhoc requirements/ queries on portfolio, revenue, expense at corporate/ business level and new initiatives/projects to improve division performance.
Specialized Job Competencies • Ability to grasp financial mathematics for fund raising
• Ability to interact with market participants and negotiation skills
• Understanding of financial products and NBFC working
• Good analytical skills
• Experience with automated financial systems. Technical competence with advanced MS Excel/ Access/ PowerPoint skills
• Good communication and networking skills
• Confidence to interact with Senior management
• Presentation flair
Educational Qualification Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance
Desired Experience Between 5-7 years with preference for those with an experience in treasury
Other Desired Attributes • Ability to work on set targets & deliver within stipulated deadlines
• Ability to work under pressure and take stretch targets
• Ownership, drive and Initiative in performance of responsibilities
• Positive attitude and ability to provide positive direction to team in line with organization goals
• Self driven and motivated
