Job Title : Company Secretary
Desired Profile : A Compnay Secretary is required having about 5 years experience and above for a mid- sized manufacturing company with a paid up capital of Rs 4 Crore and an annual turnover of Rs 300 crorc.The office of the company is located at Modinagar.

The Candidate will be required to fulfill all statutory duties of a Company Secretary and also to deal with Income Tax matters in liaison with Company’s Tax advocates and also with all Court proceedings involving the company.

The incumbent will exercise supervisory responsibilities over the Corporate office of Company and will work under the control of and report to Corpporate Advisor of the Company under the overall supervision of Managing Directors of the Company.

The total remuneration pacakage on CTC basis is approximately Rs 12-14 lacs per annum which will include a Company Car,LTA Medical Allowance etc.The exact breakupof the package can be structured to suit the candidate.
