JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Analyst, Product Support will be responsible for daily product support items for Treasury platforms - including banking issues, product issues or usability questions, testing, etc.  This individual will support product management initiatives aligned to product technology and solution design of Treasury systems while also providing product support to ensure the daily run activities are executed.  

·         Daily support for product management issues including monitoring and troubleshooting production issues.

·         Project support for product management initiatives. 

·         Support disaster recovery and BCP activities related to product to ensure resiliency. 

·         Work with IT and Business stakeholders on production issues and Product team initiatives.

·         Work with banks/ counterparties and 3^rd parties to produce quality solutions and products.

·         Liaise with IT and provide support for testing and rollout of new software applications and upgrades.

·         Prepare and present project plans, metrics, status reports, prioritization, resource allocation, etc. for product management initiatives
