1.Secretarial Practice including incorporation of companies, opinion on company law, and approval with CLB/ RD etc
2.FEMA & FDI Compliances

Candidate should possess the ability to independently handle the work.

Candidate may be involved in any other fields like IPR, agreement drafting, PE deals under supervision of seniors.
