Reasons of Efiling site non opening in IE 8 or Google chrome

In firefox there is a tab of "server" in Tools>Options>Advanced>View Certifiates where you file find the certificate of Incometaxefiling site's certificate issue by Entrust Inc, America.Which is valid from 2-11-12 to 2-11-13. This tab "Server" is missing both in Chrome and IE8. 

I have exported this certificate from Firefox store and imported in IE 8 but it has been placed in "Other People". I have tried so many time to save in "Trusted....." tab but could not succeeded yet.

If this is done, it will open in IE 8 and chrome also

If any body has more info please let me know
