How to Apply for CWE : Candidates need to apply Online at IBS Candidates are advised to apply for only one post. The applications of candidates applying for more than one post and multiple applications for a single post will be summarily rejected.Candidates can apply online only from 10-01-2013 to 28-01-2013 and no other mode of application will be accepted.Pre-Requisites for Applying Online.Before applying online, candidates should-
(i)scan their photograph and signature ensuring that both the photograph and signature adhere to the required specifications as given in Annexure II to this Advertisement.
(ii)Keep the necessary details/documents ready if desired to make Online Payment of the requisite application fee/ intimation charges (In case of Offline Payment i.e. CBS candidates have to apply online, obtain a fee payment challan and then remit the necessary application fees/ intimation charges)

General Instructions:
1. The Institute has its own five storied building premise spread over an area of 80,000 sq. ft. housing all its departments under one roof.It is well equipped with its own in-house resources.
2. The Institute has the following in-house facilities to carry out its functions effectively:Composing and Printing: The Institute has in-house facility for composing of tests and a modern state of the art Printing Press. Both these areas being highly sensitive are under continuous surveillance through CCTV cameras.
3. The Institute has been handling voluminous work of printing. It has printed over 20 million test booklets, each of about 12 – 48 pages, during 2010-2011. In addition,
4. Electronic Data Processing: Soon after the examinations are over, the EDP division evaluates the answer sheets and processes the results. The answer sheets are scanned using high speed Optical Mark Readers (OMR).
5. The online unit provides technical support for acceptance of online applications from the candidates and is involved in designing customized online tests for clients.
6. The online unit of the Institute has the capacity to handle more than one lakh registrations in a day. The Institute can conduct online examinations in more than sixteen locations in India concurrently in a single session.
7. The Institute has a dedicated and competent technical and management team. The team consists of professionally competent experts in Psychometrics, Human Resources,
8. With the world becoming tech savvy, the Institute realized that there was a need to adopt advanced processes of applying and receiving applications for jobs.
9. Post – exam activities include evaluation of candidates’ answer sheets and result processing. Objective papers are evaluated with the help of our in-house computerized scoring system (OMR scanners).
10. The Institute also conducts interview skill training programmes to train interviewers in the art and science of conducting interviews. The objective behind conducting interviews is to check the inter-personal skills of candidates
