JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Relationship Manager – Secured Lending and Transaction Banking
Responsible for a portfolio allotted – Cross sell opportunities identified with in the portfolio for various products like PCM (Payments and Cash management) – Collections and receivables, Trade – LC’s, Buyers Credit, Sourcing, Avalisation, LC Bill discounting and Foreign Currency LC Negotiation, Treasury – Hedging (Forwards / Options) & Secured Lending Products
Ensuring increase in wallet share.
Ensuring that large and one-off transactions are executed smoothly.
Ensuring customer retention through regular interaction and fulfilling any requirement.
Also responsible for sourcing NTB (New to Bank) accounts.
Handling internal audit, governance, risk management & compliance as well as Support Services (documentation, credit checks etc.,).
Implementing policy & product changes as per changes
Qualifications
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1. A good understanding of Indian commercial banking environment
2. A good understanding of SME market
3. Good understanding and analysis of business and financial statements
4. Good verbal, written communication, interpersonal skills
5. The candidate should be MBA / C.A. with 3-4 years Business Banking experience
6. Sound knowledge of transaction banking products
7. Internally the jobholder needs to ensure extremely high quality professional relationships with internal and external customers and sound knowledge of financials statements and analysis
