Trade Secret: Horse-Cart, not truck, to Evade GST
Ludhiana -based traders have found an
unique way to circumvent the newly introduced intra state e-way-bill
system and avoid paying GST.
Instead of mini trucks, they use horse or
manual carts. An e-way-bill is not require for goods transported by
non-motorized Carriage.
