The business is setting up new greenfield project in the form of a chemical complex at Vilayat Gujarat and also has plans to setup a plant at Patalganga near Mumbai.  Description To ensure compliance with statutory regulations of Income Tax Act for TDS maintain records of Fixed Assets & Insurance and provide data for Monthly Closing. Preparation and filing of returns assessments and appeals as per the State & Central Govt norms. Passing of all types of bills for timely payment correct reporting and meeting statutory requirements. Preparation of all types of reports for reporting to all concern as and when required. Facilitating all internal and external audits. Payment and documentation of foreign exchange as and when required to meet the statutory compliance.   Qualifications   Chartered Accountant (CA) with Relevant experience from Manufacturing Industry     Indian Rupee (INR)   Experience Level 6 - 8 Years Reports to: Department Head - Finance & Accounts  Last Date of Application  Ongoing    Apply
