Today's economy brings more changes to the already rapidly evolving field of international tax. The 3rd Annual International Tax Conference – 2012, offers professionals a chance to hear what the experts are saying about the latest tax developments and what they expect in the future.
The Committee is pleased to announce its 3rd two-day International Tax conference to discuss emerging challenges and recent issues such as the effects of the current tax regimes on levels of international cross border trade; the problems involved in integrating domestic tax reforms with existing international tax treaties; proposed changes in DTC like CFC, GAAR, POEM, Thin capitalization, APA, safe harbor rules; tax information exchange, existence and impact of tax havens and other low-tax jurisdictions are all of utmost importance. We, as one of the fastest growing economies in the world, need to take into account how various International taxation issues will affect us.

The Conference envisages providing a platform for the tax payers, tax professionals and policy makers to understand each other’s perspective in respect of legislation affecting international transactions.
