Responsibilities

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the business and its manpower requirements on an ongoing basis
  • Ensuring `call listening¿ targets are met and self and the team are calibrated sufficiently at all times.
  • Handling Recruitment as per requirements ¿ targets are met in terms of numbers, quality and timeliness
  • Ensuring all relevant details (such as shift timings, compensation, etc.) are provided to all prospective employees during the final interview
  • Ensuring all documentation is complete in all respects before offers are made
  • Ensuring timely completion of all reports, in an accurate manner
  • Being open to try alternative methods of hiring, wherever possible.
Devising plans and assisting in implementing them for various promotions, campus recruitment, etc.
