Vacancy as Associate Manager / Manager - FSSC Standard Chartered Bank - India

Job Description
Handle Global FMO Financial MI requirements viz. preparation of base material for monthly cost performance packs, drive  cost / budget related reviews, headcount management, Product / group data analysis, cost per trade and productivity analysis, as well as other ad hoc tasks.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Prepare base material for monthly FMO & MO cost reviews which includes commentary on
Financial performance.
2. Prepare and consolidate forecast and budget submission from Global Products Heads and Country Operations Heads.
3. Collate, track and report cost saves on a monthly basis to Global FMO Head.
4. Collate FMO headcount request and approval process. This includes replacement requests and requests for additional new headcount. This also involves the management of the WB T&O Hiring Request website.
5. Support FMO Management team on key initiatives like Cost per Trade analysis.
6. Performance / Productivity Monitoring – Preparation of Financial dash boards (costs, volumes and headcount)
7. Manage the global billing process for derivatives recharges, including updation of country allocation drivers.
8. Manage the global cost allocation process including review and refresh of cost allocation drivers.
9. Track and report project costs and manage the cross charging of Business Costs to projects.
For capitalisable projects, ensure WIP is transferred to projects.
10. Publish monthly headcount dashboard (BFS)
Qualifications & Skills
Broad based experience in performance management, MIS reporting or Financial Reporting. Prior experience in a similar role in a Bank preferrred
 Qualified Accountant with a minimum 5 years of relevant experience
 Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
 Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and a proven ability to work independently. .
 Must be willing to travel overseas at short notice to work on ad-hoc requirements.
