Job Description	Would be responsible for: Oversee company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions . Provides internal financial risk analysis of customers and vendors Develop and implement cost targets Review all formal procedures, processes and administration related to Finance, recommending improvements to the systems in place and managing the system going forward Develop financial business plans and forecasts Represent the company to investors, auditors, public officials etc. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions Provide internal leadership and direction to immediate reports of the Finance Division.
Desired Profile	A CA with 18+ years of relevant experience. Candidate should have previously handled an all-round Finance and Accounts profile with excellent communication skills Very good understanding of Management Accounting Ability to be self motivated & Excellent leadership skills Experience in Retail Industry is essential
