Job Overview

Establishing an effective and independent internal audit service for the management support. Managing a sound internal Control System , supervising and reporting the results of all internal audits and related assignments with recommendations wherever applicable.


Responsibilities include: 

1) Conducting Internal Control evaluation and risk assessment to identify loopholes and areas requiring management intervention to prevent misappropriations, misuse and wastage and ensuring that objectives of the organization are achieved economically, efficiently and effectively.

2) Preparing an Annual Internal Audit Plan based on risk assessment including tasks, assignments and time-lines for completion for each task and main activities. 

3) Ensuring that systems exist for generation of accurate and reliable financial and other information.

4) Develops recommendations for improving internal audit controls, adequacy of records, recordkeeping and proper documentation of organization.

5) Conducts follow-up reviews of financial ,investment, operational ,or regulatory compliance deficiencies noted during internal audits.

6) Provides management information and data to evaluate ,improve ,and control the operations.

7) Assist the external auditor in providing data and information to complete the annual external audit.

8) Performs other auditing duties as required or requested.

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Perks, Reimbursements, Incentives ETC AT PAR With Best IN THE Industry

Desired Candidate Profile
Education: (UG - B.Com - Commerce) OR (PG - CA) AND ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required)

Knowledge, skills & Abilities: 

1) Knowledge of generally accepted auditing standards, generally accepted accounting principles ,financial statements and reports, accounting ledgers and journals, and information technology related to accounting systems.

2) Ability to review and analyze financial records ,financial reports and statements.

3) Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

4) Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. 

5) Should be a Chartered Accountant.

Minimum 2 Years Experience in internal auditing, compliance auditing is desired.
