| | Strategic >Design the framework of the Invoice to Cash organisation
>Strategise on the roll out of the organisation structure
>Align the organisation to the various business needs and the operational challenges

>Strategise downstream Invoice to cash process.
Operational > Op mech with business on the process performance on agreed process matrix
>Quarterly performance and targets linked to the business needs
and targets, actuals vs performance, root cause analysis for target
misses.
>Projects to identify improvements to the cost, speed and quality matrix
>Work closely with the PMO on various structural projects leading to improvements in the Invoice to Cash process
>Handle a team of 100 people (including ~50 contractors in various contract agency) and keep the motivation levels up
>Work with the GPL's to share and implement best practices across the regions. |
| | >CA / MBA with 12~14 years of experience
>Strong knowledge of AR / collection / Invoice process.
>Knowledge of local banking / funding process
>Managerial, Interpersonal & Communication Skills
>Profeciency in computers like MS Office, Internet etc.
> Energatic , self starter, motivated .
>Open to work in stringent working hours
>Prior experience in team management would be an added advatnge |
