The Forensic & Dispute Services Team consists of Service lines such as Business Intelligence, Anti-Fraud consulting Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), Corporate Investigations, Anti-Money Laundering,
Analytic & Forensic Technology, Litigation & Dispute Consulting.
Our Business Intelligence & Fraud Investigation specialists provide critical background and reputation intelligence gathering for clients considering a transaction or business relationship in unfamiliar or high risk geographical markets. Utilizing our knowledge of integrity due diligence, country risk assessment, corruption-related integrity due diligence, and enhanced due diligence, our professionals assist clients in developing an enhanced understanding of the integrity and country specific risks associated with a planned transaction or relationship. Our professionals also assist during situations of commercial dispute, enabling clients to better understand companies and individuals and to identify information on assets.Major responsibilities & deliverables:

• Corporate Research
• Profiling of companies, research on corporate structure, financial and operational performance, company strategies and recent developments of the companies.
• Fraud investigations
• Understanding risks attached to target companies, individuals or market
• Background investigations

In order to be considered for this role, your competencies will cover the broad scope of forensic and dispute services, leveraging your professional background and skills such as:

• Should have relevant prior experience in Statutory Audit / Internal Audit.  Prior Forensic experience or a professional qualification in fraud examination would be an added advantage
• Basic understanding of business processes and controls
• Incumbent should possess either CA / CPA / MBA / Any Graduate with relevant experience of 2-4 years
• Knowledge of various investigation techniques and desirable to have experience of undertaking financial / other forensic analysis
• Understanding of business analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication & analytical approach
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and execute assignments within deadlines
• Proactive and willing to look for ways to improve processes and procedures
• Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills backed by an enthusiastic approach and a diligent client focus
