Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the bank’s strategic projects from initiation through implementation for a major operations segment, product line(s) or multiple operations units that may be local or regional in scope.
 
Responsible for working in close partnership with country operations head and the branch heads on key process initiatives, strategic cost saves, controls up-tiering
 
Responsible for communication routines, various dashboard publications, stakeholders and team updates, review meetings with stakeholders
 
Responsible for tracking key metrics and improvement plans coordination for India operations
Ongoing involvement on regional projects and initiatives

Requirements
Qualifications
· CA/MBA from a premier institute with 5-7 years experience.
· Experience in banking operations/ project management areas
 
Required Skills
· Able to foster collaborative relationships within and across business units and sectors
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Ability to work with and understand data to derive relevant findings and utilize to develop and support solutions
· Experience in process engineering or reengineering for optimal effectiveness & efficiency
· Able to organize information into cohesive project plans and process maps
· Proficient in PC knowledge such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and etc.
· Good interpersonal skill
· Attention to details and able to work independently.
· Mature, self-motivated, good team player and working attitude
