The Client Credit
Management (CCM) team sits in the Global Credit Risk Management Group
and provides transaction structuring, due diligence, execution,
monitoring and management of the bank's credit exposure in Australia and
New Zealand.
We are currently seeking
an experienced Client Credit Manager to partner with the front office on
the execution of corporate finance transactions with ANZ CIB clients.
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing management of an assigned portfolio of credit clients across a range of industries.
- Preparation and review of forward looking credit analysis and
financial modelling, to provide insight into clients’ industries and the
key business and financial risks they face.
- Supporting the due diligence, structuring and documentation for transactions.
- Interacting closely with transaction stakeholders including bankers, credit and legal.
- Preparing and reviewing credit and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Assisting with training and development of junior credit resources.
Qualifications/Experience:
- An undergraduate degree or post graduate qualifications in accounting, business or a related discipline.
- A minimum of six years experience gained in a similar credit risk role or in corporate or institutional banking.
- Experience analysing leading Australian or international corporates.
- Strong knowledge of financing structures, including exposure to
structured lending transactions, derivative products and related
documentation.
- Highly developed financial modelling, accounting and risk analysis skills.
