MCA has notified the CLSS Scheme - 2014 in the month of August, 2015 and was
effective till 31st December,
2014. According to the Clause 6 (vi) of the Scheme, the application for seeking
immunity in respect of belated documents filed under
the scheme, is required to
be filed electronically in
eForm CLSS – 2014 with in a period of 3 months
from the closure of the scheme i.e 31-03-2015.
There is no fees for filing of eForm CLSS –
2014. All stakeholders are required to upload the said form at the earliest.
