• Integrate and support processes that meet business needs across
the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of
expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the
overall business strategy
• Analyze and organize data appropriately by anticipating the
internal clients expectations and work effectively as a business partner
with the operating team to proactively drive key drive business
initiatives, growth, profitability and arrive at mutual, cost effective
solutions. Perform & provide analytics on order /sales trend,
pricing, backlog, convertibility and product line profitability.
• Use experience and knowledge of line of business and trends to
determine materiality of variances in the analysis and reporting process
and effectively analyze and report the financial impact on the business
• Ensure planning cycle and reporting requirement deadlines are
met by facilitating and coordinating efforts across multiple functions
to gather required data
• Effectively and actively participate in business planning
session and support the development of short and long-range financial
and business plans and Track progress against plans at a granular level
• Solicit feedback on planning and analysis cycle performance on a regular basis and modify processes accordingly
• Develop and establish financial policies & procedures, and
ensure the accuracy of the organization’s financial results by
recognizing and preventing misrepresentation, concealment, or omission
of information
• Anticipate the effect of other relevant systems and procedures
on FP&A processes by applying knowledge of accounting, finance and
business processes. Drive finance process simplification
• Proactively identify FP&A IT control weaknesses by
thoroughly analyzing system related issues (i.e. data inaccuracy,
incompleteness, errors, system failures, etc.), prioritize the risks,
and research and implement viable solutions that use appropriate IT
technologies
QUALIFICATIONS
· 10-12 years relevant working experience with atleast 3 years in
leadership position including Leadership exposure to motivate and
inspire a team of highly motivated individuals
• CA/MBA/CWA in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics;
• Fluent in written and verbal english communication;
• Excellent presentation skills and Excel Skills
• Demonstrated leadership abilities & interpersonal skills.
• Willing to participate and engage in operations in addition to finance
• Excellent analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results
to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive
positive change
• Clear thinking / problem solving: able to lead projects/process
improvement within operations/finance function; Able to break down
complex issues into simpler steps and resolve them
• Strong controllership mindset;
• Ability to prioritize & promote teamwork;
• Self-motivated, high energy;
