CA with 3-5 years’ relevant experience, in Real estate industry, in following areas
· Accounts finalization including financial statements preparation
· Preparation of quarterly Income statements and balance sheets
· Guiding and monitoring the accounts and compliance team
· Updating the management about latest tax provisions
· Compliances with tax laws including preparation of MVAT, Service tax, WCT, TDS, LBT returns
· Compiling data for preparation of income tax returns
