Description

·         Preparation of ICL Financials on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

·         Preparation of Clause 41 results, Cash Flow Statement, Audit Committee presentation

·         Coordination with auditors for Limited Review and audit of Financials and other related disclosures on a quarterly and annual basis

·         Coordination with Internal Auditors for Internal Audit of Consolidation process.

·         Preparation of estimated Financials and comparison of same with actuals.

·         Detailed review of Internal Control Checklist to get an assurance of the  procedures being followed and level of inherent risk

·         Review of usage of GL Codes, Product Codes and Cost Centre’s across circles and align the usage across circles.

·         Proof read of audited financial statements of ICL and its subsidiaries for annual report

·         Conversion of audited financial statements as per XBRL format to comply with annual accounts filing requirements.

·         Detailed review of circle TB and Audit pack in order to ensure proper accounting by circle so as to represent true and fair position and performance of the circle
