Flyte - Air Powered Levitating Light

Sweden based designer Simon Morris has designed a lamp that features an LED light bulb that hovers in mid-air through magnetic levitation and is powered through the air. FLYTE requires no batteries and the power is transferred wirelessly from the base to the bulb. Designer promises those LED's are energy efficient and rated at about 50,000 hours; that's 12 hours a day for 11 years!
