Job Description	Allocate, plan and organize the work. Ensure allotted work is completed within turnaround time Ensure the deliverable is error free and always maintain high quality Timely raise the flag with AM/Manager for excess work so that TAT is not impacted Perform Quality reviews (QA review) as required by the process guideline for all the deliverables Capture errors during QA review and provide feedback Work on process improvement based on feedback received from the engagement team (ET) Continuous adoption of process improvements and work towards improving efficiency in a team Ensure team members are trained on all the required processes and on all the recent updates Provide detailed explanation about the work performed for billing analysis
