Applicability of Cash Flow Statement under the Companies Act, 2013

As per Section 2(40) of the Companies Act, 2013 all the companies whether private or public are required to include cash flow statement in its financial statement except the One Person Company u/s 2(62), small company u/s 2(85) and dormant company u/s 455 of the Companies Act, 2013.
