Description

•Principal accountabilities: To work closely with Operations/Marketing / other Services Team  (Warehousing, Logistics, Customer Services, Marketing etc.) on all aspects of planning, analysis, reconciliations and commercials and highlight relevant deviations/ observations to management.

–Review of Annual Plans and relevant KPIs in line with the overall objectives of the organization.

–Customized Reporting on a Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis and complete analysis on Logistics including  logistics expenses per order, Prepaid / COD Analysis at state/ city / order level etc.

– Assist Operations/ Services Team in building appropriate and rational forecasts from time to time and highlight potential deviations / impacts for better decision making.

–Ensure all procurement is as per approved plan, rate and with proper legal compliance.

– Renewal of Operations and Marketing Agreements at the end of tenure, entering into negotiations with external vendors as required.

–Ensure that the plan is vetted for accuracy, compare actual with plan and report variances.

–To ensure due Reconciliations with Vendors (Logistics, Payment Gateways etc.) on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and there are no monies are stuck with them.

–To closely work with Accounts Payable Team on all finance related activities for vendors like on time payments, raising of Debit Notes, Reconciliations etc.

– Conducting trainings on commercial aspects/Reports/BI System Usage for New Joiners/ Cross Functional Teams from time to time.

 

Qualifications

  

–CA/CWA with 4-5 years of relevant experience.

–Prior experience in e-Commerce / physical retail companies is a must. Experience in Apparel/lifestyle products will be preferred.

 Mandatory Skills Knowledge of retail operations, commercial, contracts. Should be good at cross functional orientation but with Independent thought process. Highest level of excel skills, understanding systems and business needs and work accordingly. Should be quick at learning and executing.  Indian Rupee (INR)
