Responsibilities

• Team management : Managing a set of ADFC / CCPA outsourced staff creating a fostering environment to keep them motivated and high on productivity
• Ensure very low defects/reworks, and increasing efficiency of operations and ADFC competence improvement
• Process Management : Ensuring Standardization of processes and policy implementation for Insta Loans and CCPA(RIP Unit) in the region
• Ensuring that Outsourcing policy/ empenelment policy/and various other compliances stipulated by the regulator on the underwriting sphere are complied with in letter and spirit and reporting to the Head Office at periodic stipulated intervals.
• To interact closely with other functions such as Sales/Operations/Collections/CPU/Policy /Product/WBO etc in ensuring a smooth day to day function across the region
• Ensuring MIS / Newsletter is published regularly and as per the timelines
• To ensure high portfolio quality for the product in the location, while maintaining excellent service levels (TAT) to the customer (both internal and external customers
• Very close monitoring on non starters and knowing sourcing pattern of sourcing channels.
• Giving Feedback and training to sourcing teams on a monthly basis on their performance levels on FTNR,TAT, Rework,ABND
• Taking corrective action to improve the efficiency of ADFC Staff and their productivity. Ensure timely planning on hiring of outsourced staff
• Audit compliance on all aspects stipulated by Head office, and regulatory compliance in the location.

Requirements

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Credit Management or equivalent.
• 1 Full-Time positions available.
• Good Communication skills, Process & People Management Skills
• Strong orientation of managing Multiple Processes in high volume
• Education Qualification : Prefer Post Graduation / PG in Management / CA . Essential : CA
• Should be matured enough to handle pressure from business understanding their pressure also, at the same time ensuring that only quality business is being done
• Strong Analytical skills with basic knowledge of a wide range of retail asset products
