Job Description

1. Finalization of Annual Accounts/ Quarterly Accounts, coordinate with various auditor and consultants 2. Fund management ,Banking, investment, financial closure of projects; 3. Financial Analysis, budget, MIS, decision support; 4. Taxation (Income Tax, Service Tax etc.) & Regulatory compliance; 5. Ensuring compliance to various statutes applicable, accounting standards and also compliance with the company procedures and policies laid down; 6. Commercial Agreement and document vetting etc.
