Qualifications

Qualifications:

·        Fresher - CA, MBA’s in Finance

·        Experienced Roles - CA/MBA’s with 2-4 years of relevant experience( P&A / MIS reporting experience is preferred)

Skills:

Technical

·        Good knowledge of finance, accounting and valuation concepts

·        Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness of work

·        Excellent MS Excel (data manipulation, macros, v-lookups, pivot tables) / MS Access/ MS PowerPoint skill sets

·        Working knowledge of MIS tools like Essbase, Business Objects etc. will be an added advantage

Soft

·        Ability to build strong partnerships across the stakeholder groups at onshore location and within Mumbai through a proactive, and strong communication skills

·        Works well individually, shares information, supports colleagues and staff

·        Enthusiastic, self-motivated, strong interest in learning, effective under pressure and willing to take personal responsibility / accountability

·       Willing to work in shifts
