Supporting Actions

Financial Reporting
|
Ensure Integrity of Financials reported in P&L and Balance Sheet on monthly/Quarterly and Annual basis.
Revamping G/L, financial systems, reports and schedules to improve forecast precision and standardize reporting procedures
|
Cross Functions Relationship
|
To confer with Business Heads and Functional leaders to coordinate and evaluate business initiatives for financial viability.
To put in place systems and processes to achieve ‘customer centricity’ as a key value across the Circle.
|
Books of Accounts
|
Maintain books of accounts, Responsible for Revenue Management & Assurance to avoid revenue leakages.
Custodian of Fixed Assets of the Company at Circle & corporate level.
|
Audit
|
Facilitate “no-fault” internal and external audits as a result of sound recordkeeping and thorough documentation.
Complying with requirements from Statutory, Internal and TRAI Audit.
|
MIS & Budget
|
Ensuring correct and timely Financial MIS &
Periodic reports for Financial Planning & Monitoring Major Business
KPI., and Helping circle business head in taking strategic business
decisions.
Formulating annual operating Plans/Budget in line with the corporate goals and Conduct variance analysis and implementing corrective actions if any.
Accurate forecasting within given timelines.

Statutory & Tax Compliance
|
Ensure compliance with regulations, legislations,
income tax, Service Tax, TDS, VAT, CST, WCT, Entry Tax and other
statutory requirements.
Liaison with local tax compliance authorities and government authorities for assessment.
|
Cost Savings & Revenue Enhancement Initiatives
|
Driving and sustaining EBITDA for maximizing profitability & revenue, Optimizing and Controlling cost.
Initiating and partnering with cross functions to improve operational efficiency, leading to higher EBITDA.
|
Qualifications
CA/ICWA/MCom Degree preferable
