Dear Members,
When I talk about the bogus firms I talk about the permutation and combination of arrangements by our members only to procure the Bank audits and other audits. The situation become more grim when we find that the Council Members are acting in a fashion which are detrimental to the prestige and reputation of the Profession. Last week we all have witness the Council Member Zarware conduct relating to contracts for orientation programmes for the students at Pune.
The following details are of a council member running two of the firms from the same office. Both the firms are having same e mail belong to him. If the council member can act in this fashion, Its is hard to believe that any one shall raise to a occasion to support the genuine cause of the practicing Chartered Accountant. Both the firms are having concurrent audits of Bank Of Baroda. Both the Firms are maintaining the fake audits to show their presence at specific locations to fetch the audits.
