Purpose of the position The Accounting Manager is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. He is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements Manager Accounts is responsible for managing his team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner.He will be responsible for looking after various activities of Accounts Department like Preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly Profit and Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash flow statement Review and prepare the Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Tax Returns of the company Effectively manage accounts payable and receivable reports Effectively manage the payroll function Maintaining fixed asset register Costing and budgeting Liaison with suppliers, auditors, tax authorities and consultants for related matters Ensure a clean and timely year end audit. |
