Designation: AVP – Operations (Finance and Accounts)
Job Role: Supervisor - Financial Reporting Process (Span – 30+ qualified accountants)
Reporting Structure: VP Operations (Global operating leader)
Professional Qualification:
Qualified Accountant (preferred qualified Chartered Accountant/CPA/CIMA: year of passing should be 2002 May or before).
Cost Accountant can also be looked at if he has an excellent track record on the ‘skills’ defined in section below.
Skills required:-
.Strong accounting knowledge (specifically exposure to closing and reporting processes)
Total Years of Experience: 8 - 10 years with very good exposure to closing and reporting processes
3+ years of hands on experience and
5+ years experience as Team Lead managing Supervision of general accounting processes)
Proven track record in communication, people management, analytical, prioritization, and influencing skills
Ability to Influence people without need for a direct reporting relationship
Strong focus on building multifunctional teamwork and customer/supplier relationships.
Strong computer skills in particular MS Office applications (mainly Excel, PowerPoint)
