If someone has planned to buy a tata car the this information may be of some help

If someone has planned to buy a tata car the undermentioned information may be of some help. I have purchased a Tata Manza Car from m/s Goldrush Faizabad Road, Lucknow and experienced as under:-
 
 
Title:    Worst after Sales Service by Tata Dealer M/s Goldrush Lucknow
Pros:    Good Car, Excellent mileage reasonable price.
Cons:    Tata makes good vehicle but have worst after sales service
Detailed Review:  Good Car
Interior (Features, Space & Comfort): Nice
Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and Gearbox:  Very Good
Ride Quality & Handling: Satisfactory

Final Words

Tata has made a good car i.e. Manza. But on the other side it is having worst after sales service by un trained/non experienced team. Generally taxi drivers used to visit their workshops so the behavior in that place is equal to all type of persons. A high net worth person/professional can easily be insulted in their workshop. I have following experience with Tata Motors Dealer  M/s Goldrush at Lucknow:-

 1st Service at the M/s Goldrush at Ismailganj Lucknow Workshop on 12.02.2012

 (1)   The service was booked 3 days back. When I reached there at 11.15 the guard & the person in charge denied for taking my vehicle for service, after request (when their ego was satisfied by my several request to various persons in the workshop) they took the vehicle for service.

(2)   The vehicle thereafter sends for washing where due to mishandling (by untrained persons) the bonnet lock was freeze.

(3)    After 4 hrs. of long waiting and several attempts (by untrained workers) one person after breaking the bonnet lock wire (in very unprofessional manner) could open it.

(4)   Again they started exercise to make the bonnet lock workable (by non experienced workers). In fact I saw those people doing experiments with my new vehicle, purchased just 25 days back.

(5)   They changed Bonnet lock, wire etc. under warranty despite these were new and working and there was no need to change it.

(6)   Finally at 7 PM the workshop head told me that he is not able to get the job done and told me to come another day.
 
(7)   All opened nut bolt were in loose condition some of which were not reaffixed. The vehicle delivered back to me in same condition with unfinished job.  Resulting which the fibber sheet (black colored) which protects the engine fell down on the same day.

(8)   The bonnet is still freeze and can’t be opened.

Areas of improvement required
After buying a vehicle the owner never visits to Sales Showroom instead he only visits to workshop. So it is very important to have a good Service Workshop where customer can find satisfactory after sales support to his satisfaction, which is not there with tata workshop.
