Computation of Advance Income Tax quarterly for statutory purposes and monthly for MIS requirement 2. Reviewing of Sales Tax & Service Tax liability monthly including deposit of the same and overseeing of Sales Tax Return Monthly/Quarterly) & Service Tax Return( Half &ndash Yearly) 3. Ensuring legal compliance of Excise Documentation & Returns 4. Verification of Income Tax TDS and monitoring their deposit within scheduled date, also ensuring preparation of the requisite data in the prescribed format for uploading the quarterly E-TDS Return 5. Handling Tax Audit & Transfer Pricing Audit of the company including compiling data required for those audits & finalisation of schedules with the respective auditors along with ensuring E-filing of Income Tax return 6. Overviewing statutory compliances wrt EOU of R& D unit 7. Taking care of EA -2000 Audit as well as CERA Audit with respect to Excise and Service Tax 8. Appearing before the Assessing Officer/CIT(Appeals) in connection with Income Tax matters including Assessment & Appeals 9. Liaisoning with the Tax Consultants and collating data and other information as may be required for cases pending before the Appellate Authorities in connection with Income Tax, Service Tax , Excise & Sales Tax matters 10.
