Expression of Interest for Individual Consultant As Internal Auditor of PIC, ADB Project
Notice Inviting EOI No. 02 / 2011-12
Project Implementation Cell (PIC), ADB Project has been set up under the Road Construction Department, Government of Jharkhand for upgradation and strengthening of 311 Km. Govindpur-Sahebganj Road of the Jharkhand State . The State Govt. has accorded Administrative Approval of Rs. 1064 Crore for the project. The cost of project is being funded by the Asian Development Bank on retroactive finance basis. Expression of interest is invited for Individual Consultant from Chartered Accountant having experience of Audit/Internal Audit/Concurrent Audit of Projects relating to Construction of Roads & Bridges of State/National Highways to conduct Internal Audit of ADB Project Fund including administrative expenses for the project from the year 2010-11 to the end of the project. The period of internal audit shall be initially for one year which may be extended further till the end of the project on satisfactory performance of the assignment and subject to the rules/conditions specified in work order/agreement. The audit is to be carried out in two phases of six months each ending on 30th September and 31st March every year. 2. The envelope should be superscribed with "ADB PROJECT INTERNAL AUDIT 2011-12".
3. The "Expression of Interest" with complete profile of CA should reach to the Director, PIC, ADB Project, Road Construction Department, Project Building (Room No. 222), Jharkhand, Dhurwa, Ranchi on or before 12th March 2012 during office hours. Expression of Interest received after 12th March 2012 will not be considered.
