The
Department of Sales Tax, Maharashtra State has declared the List of
Suspicious Dealers who has issued false bills without delivery of goods
on their website http://mahavat.gov.in in Excel 2007 file containing 698 names firstly. An additional list making total 817 names was declared later.
Now, a complete UPDATED list of 1009 names is declared on 7th March 2012.
It may be noted that UPDATED list does not contain the earlier list Sr. No.497 of M/s Om Enterprises bearing VAT TIN No.27400531094V and a new name is appearing at Sr. No. 497 of M/s Omkar Enterprises bearing VAT TIN No.27040551371V.
However, as the
list is not arranged alphabetically, it is very difficult and time
consuming to search the names of the dealer or their tin no in the list.
Considering
the difficulty faced, a SEARCH UTILITY on our website http://www.meraconsultant.com to search a dealer by entering few words in its name OR entering 11-Digit MVAT TIN No. is made available.
