Support Asia HQ FP&A team in all planning activities (SI, SII, OP, SROs).
Participate in monthly closing process (pre-close and variance analyses) Essential Responsibilities
Understand and drive the management and analysis of the Consolidated P&L (Actual, Plan, Estimate)
Assist asia HQ team in developing and coordinating regular updates of Risks and Opportunities to Forecasts Vs. Plan.
Provide ad hoc analytical support to executive management and other finance teams (controllership, Risk, sales and operations)
Preparation of Monthly management review pack, insightful analysis of numbers and discussion with Business leaders, HQ FP&A team.
Manage monthly, quarterly and annual internal and external reporting.
Assist in enhancing financial modeling capabilities.
Supports LEAN / simplification for FP&A reporting to improve productivity, works proactively with Capital Headquarter FP&A team to achieve process improvement. Qualifications/Requirements
Chartered Accountant OR MBA
Effective communication skills, should be able to communicate at all levels
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple functions / locations / cultural difference
Ability to handle multiple tasks with balance of priority and quality Desired Characteristics
Financial services industry analytical skills and business understanding
