Seminar on Issues Relating to e-filling & CPC on 23/03/2012

Dear All

We had a meeting with Sh. G S Randhawa, CCIT, Ludhiana at Income Tax Office on 24/02/2012. The main discussion was concentrated on the problems relating to CPC, System, TDS etc. We requested the CCIT to arrange the meeting with the person looking after the affairs of CPC, System, TDS etc so that the right representation and fruitful result should be there.

The department has already held the program on TDS. 

Now for the benefit of members the CCIT has arranged a program with Sh. Sanjay Verma, Commissioner of Income Tax, Central Processing Centre (CPC), Bangalore to resolve the issues relating to CPC regarding Rectification, Mismatch of Data, Refund non delivery, revalidation, wrong demands etc

Hence it is requested that kindly send the problem in writing relating to CPC regarding Rectification, Mismatch of Data, Refund non delivery, revalidation, wrong demands etc. by 21st March 2012. So that we can arrange all these problems in the shape of representation and handover the same to CPC Commissioner before the start of seminar and additional query can be taken during the seminar.
