Subject: misleading information by some firms about their office and getting bank audit work

Respected Sir,

Sir, I am very small practitioner at my native place Newai

Although Newai is well known industrial and educational town near to Jaipur
about 50 Kms towards kota in south,We have no audit work of tax audit,
company audit etc. since most of tax audit work is done through advocates by
outsider firms, and I am sure that they chartered accountants signing audits
never met to those auditee.

We are enforced to live in very typical situation by scare earning
resources, in this scenario only bank audit work was ultimate hope for us,
and in this field also I have crushed by some cunning professionals

They are showing office address at newai for bank audit purpose, although
no such office never ever (even for a single day) been opened in newai,
since they (proprietor) are having full fledge office in Jaipur.

*When I raised my voice against this, one senior member favoring such firm
threatens me to see, in case I complain about it *
