Key Responsibilities
Performance measurement:
· Spread awareness of savings principles and sign-off process in MPRO.
· Assign savings sign off on global projects as per savings principles.
· Constantly track performance through various metrics.
· Management reporting through quarterly updates, ad-hoc presentations, status charts etc.
· Consistently ensure credibility and integrity of the savings database.
· Identify areas of process optimization, suggest and implement changes.
Further responsibilities:
· Cost controlling and rolling forecasting.
· Facilitating risk management in a procurement perspective
· Ad-hoc tasks.
We are looking for
The ideal candidate is MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant or Masters in Finance and has 3-4 years of relevant experience. The candidate possesses sound financial domain knowledge and has strong analytical skills required for critical evaluation of numbers.
The candidate is a strong team player, has an open mind and an ability to challenge status quo. The candidate also has drive & curiosity to identify opportunities for improvements in work processes and work efficiently towards achieving team goals.
The candidate has proven capabilities in MS Office, is service oriented, pays highest attention to the details and applies sound diligence to ensure high quality output.
Given high stakeholder interaction excellent English skills both oral as well as written are required.
