Required an Accounts Executive for a startup
Architecture & Interior Design Co. based at Goregaon East, Mumbai.
The job entails filing and maintaining records and books of accounts,
data entry into Tally. ERP 9, ensuring timely payment of taxes and
returns, compliance with income tax, TDS, service tax, VAT, professional
tax and allied laws, liaising with Chartered Accountant from time to
time to ensure completion of audit, finalization of accounts and
updating Board of Directors with MIS and financial data from time to
time.
Work timings - Monday to Saturday 10 am to 7 pm.
Salary:
INR 1,75,000 - 2,50,000 P.A

Desired Candidate Profile
Education:
(UG - B.B.A - Management, B.Com - Commerce) AND (PG - Post Graduation Not Required)
- The candidate should be a B. Com / BBA graduate with minimum of two years experience in a similar role. Candidates that have appeared for Inter C.A. or Final C.A. will be preferred.
- Candidate should have fairly good communication skills and should be fluent in speaking English.
- Would prefer a candidate who lives near Goregaon East.
- The candidate should be a self motivated, hardworking, honest and sincere worker.
- The candidate should have a strong knowledge base in accounting and should be able to singly and independently handle all the accounting and compliance matters of the company. The candidate would be reporting to CFO of the company, who would guide and assist the candidate in his or her job role.
- Looking at candidates that are looking at growing their career with the company. Candidates who frequently change jobs will not be preferred.
